Rajat Parr has gone from being one of the most acclaimed and influential sommeliers in all the United States to becoming one of the most intuitive and thoughtful wine producers in California today. Few producers in California, in fact, are crafting minimal interventional, natural wines that bring together poise and focus with energy and vibrancy.
Featuring wines from his many projects from across California, including Phelan Farm, Scythians and more, Rajat Parr will join us to bring his light to his intuitive approach, complemented and highlighted by a four-course dinner brought together by Chef Michael Tusk.
This evening will be hosted at Officina. This is a shared experience seated at one table amongst other fellow guests and wine enthusiasts.
